Charlie Winston to Headline the 8th Back-to-School Concert in Côte-d’Or Departmental Council Partnership

Charlie Winston will headline the eighth edition of the back-to-school event organized in partnership with the Côte-d’Or departmental council.

The Departmental Council of the Côte-d’Or and K6FM invite you to the 8th K6FM Showcase in the fabulous gardens of the Department in Dijon, Thursday August 24 from 6:30 p.m.

After Elephanz, Axel Bauer, Julie Zenatti, Cocoon, Trois cafés gourmands, Pony Pony Run Run or Cats On Trees (among others) in previous years, the set promises to be rich once again for this free back-to-school concert open to all. the public!

CHARLIE WINSTON
Revealed in 2009 with the hit Like A Hobo revealing a strong musical identity, folk and rock at the same time, as well as a nature quick to wander, Charlie Winston returns with As I Am, his 5th album. Conceived behind closed doors of confinement and respect for barrier gestures, the English singer nevertheless presents himself there without a mask and has never practiced so much stripping. An overview of his universe before a big tour at the start of the school year.
L’HERITAGE GOLDMAN, VOLUME 2
This second volume devoted to the idol certainly sounds more “Celtic”. Because Celtic is festive. The guitar, the mandolin, the violin, the flutes, the bagpipes… so many promises to have a good time dancing. On stage in the gardens: Jessy Elsa Palma, Céphaz, Cyprien and Lilian Renaud. Soon on tour again in all the Zeniths of France.BLANKASS
24 years old, 6 albums, hundreds of concerts… Blankass was named in the discoveries of the Victoires de la Musique in 96 and in the group of the year category in 98, before experiencing phenomenal success with “La Croisée” in 2003. Today the two brothers are back with If possible happy, their 7th studio album. A warm, modern, pop and optimistic album. ANISHA JO
Originally from Madagascar, Anisha landed in Paris at the age of 15, in 2016.

Since her victory at STAR AC last November, the young female author-composer has been working on writing her first album, scheduled for next fall. In the meantime, she unveils her first folk pop single called “Tu rayonnes”. A luminous, altruistic, organic and hopeful hymn, with which she tells the story of this force that unites people and illuminates our lives.

MARVIN MARCHAND
“It’s complicated to describe myself, perhaps singing it will pass” says Marvin Marchand in his very first single “Intro”. This sums up the story of this composer from Lyon who became a performer. The six songs of his EP are in fact a long-awaited blossoming: the pain and brutality of condemnation to be oneself opens here and there to hopeful guitar riffs.

Since 2015, the Departmental Council and K6FM have been partners to promote music from the Côte-d’Or, via the community site k6fmbfc.com and its web radio.

Three local artists from this platform will be selected by July 15 to play in the first part of our national poster.
