Charles Leclerc will continue to be a Scuderia Ferrari driver in Formula 1. In fact, the Prancing Horse has announced the contract renewal with the Monegasque driver. This renewal is on a multi-year basis and although the exact duration has not been communicated, Leclerc should continue to race with the Maranello car for at least another three years.
There has been talk about the contract extension for some time and now the official announcement has arrived from Scuderia Ferrari. The Monegasque driver therefore decided to believe in the project he is carrying out Frederic Vasseur with the aim of bringing the Prancing Horse back to the top of Formula 1. 2023 was a difficult season for Ferrari and Leclerc and there were moments of tension.

In the end, however, the relationship will continue and the Monegasque driver intends to do everything to advance the single-seater starting from next season which will somehow start on February 13th with the presentation of the new single-seater. Leclerc comments:
I am very happy to continue wearing the Scuderia Ferrari suit in the coming seasons too. Competing for this team has been my dream since I was three years old: I saw the Monaco Grand Prix from the window of a friend’s house and at the Ste. Devote curve I looked for the red car. This team is my second family, ever since I joined the Ferrari Driver Academy in 2016 and together we have fought together through adversity and written unforgettable pages over the past five years. However, I believe that the best is yet to come and I can’t wait to start this season to try to make the team progress further and put us in a position to be competitive at every race. My dream remains to win the title with Ferrari and I am sure that in the years that await us together we will be able to get some great satisfaction and give the fans something to rejoice about.
