According to an investigation by the Police and Prosecutors’ Sex Crimes Division, Shanayashel Bonilla Torres, 20, and Kelvin Kuilan Matías, 23, allegedly mistreated their approximately two-month-old daughter, causing multiple bruises and fractures. in the body.
Both the father and the mother, residents of Toa Baja, were charged with article 59 (serious) of Child Abuse which corresponds to Law 246 and a judge of the Bayamón Court determined cause and set a bond for each of $ 100,000 that they could not lend.
Both were summoned to the Bayamón Correctional Complex.
