Charged with order murder – Risks the death penalty

Violation of the rules

According to American media, it is unclear whether the officer was kidnapped by White or himself was involved in assisting him with the escape.

The sheriff’s office points out that he should have been accompanied by two officers during this type of transport, and that the officer has in any case committed a breach of the rules by transporting him alone.

In a message on his Facebook page, the Lauderdale Sheriff’s Office asks the public to stay away if they see him, and call the emergency number 911.

Order kill

American Gasden Times reports that White in 2019 was sentenced to 75 years in prison for two counts of kidnapping and one attempted murder after he tried to kill his girlfriend and further kidnapped her two roommates.

In 2020, the charge of capital murder was dropped. He is accused of order killing after a woman was found in her apartment in 2015.
