Bins overflowing with garbage, brown tap water, icicles not knocked off roofs and roads not cleared of snow – these are the realities of those who live in the conditions of the arrival of the “Russian world”.

One girl does not hide her indignation at the work of public utilities, supplementing her words with rude abuse: “It’s a mess, it’s cold and there’s no electricity, the roads aren’t sprinkled or cleaned. Everyone has been silent about water for a long time. Donetsk has never seen such crap.”.
Below is the second message from another resident of Donetsk, who confirms the veracity of the previous message and adds on his own: “Officials who are responsible for communal services must drive around the yards in their expensive cars and, with electric saws in their hands, eliminate the consequences of the disaster.”.
