Canal 13 informs that as of Wednesday, March 31, 2021, two new members will join the Board. With this, the highest governing body of the station will go from three to five members. The new roles will fall into the hands of prominent professionals.

The new members of the Board of Directors will be Alicia Zaldívar and Carolina Altschwager. They will join the Channel 13 Board of Directors, which is currently chaired by Jorge Salvatierra, and which will keep Rodrigo Terré and Rodrigo Swett as members of the same.

Alicia Zaldívar Peralta She is a Commercial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with 24 years of experience in the media, in public and private companies, where she has held high-level management positions.

His career began in 1995 at Televisión Nacional de Chile, where he worked for 10 years, in charge of the Planning and Studies Deputy Manager. Starting in 2005, he worked for 10 years in Chilevisión in the Management & Development Department and later as General Manager of said medium. In 2015, he joined El Mercurio Medios Regionales as General Manager in charge of the North, Central and South zone journalistic companies. In 2017, and for two years, he served as General Manager of Televisión Nacional de Chile. During 2020, it has provided consulting services to the media, including Channel 13.

Carolina Altschwager Kreft She is a Psychologist from the University of Chile. He is a specialist in consumer behavior and brand management.
