Select the slide you want to change the PPT effect order of!

I clicked the Animation tab > Animation window button.

You can check the effect order in the animation window that pops up on the right!

You can change the order by clicking on an item and dragging it with the mouse!

✅ You can move multiple items together by clicking while holding down the Ctrl key!

There is also a way to change the order using the buttons.

Pressing the up arrow moves the order forward, and pressing the down arrow moves the order backwards!

The button is also in the Animation tab > Change animation order!

Please note that you can change the order of objects on a slide by selecting them even without opening the animation window!

How to delete PPT animation

First, click on the object you want to remove animation from!

Then I selected the animation tab~

If you look at the animation item, you can see the applied effect!

If you click the first No Effect button, the animation will be removed!

If you want to delete all effects applied to that slide, click the animation window!

Then select all the items that appear in the right window.

✅ Select all shortcut key: Ctrl + A

If you click the arrow button and click Remove, all animations will be deleted!

✅ If you want to delete only part of the item, hold down the Ctrl key and click when selecting the item!

Unfortunately, PPT does not have a function to delete all slide animations at once!

You have to remove each slide one by one.

Instead, you can set it so that all animations do not run during the presentation!

I clicked the Slideshow tab > Slideshow Settings!

In the show settings window, I checked View Options > View without animation.

Click OK to run the slideshow with all animations removed!

Remove additional PPT transition effects!

When switching PPT screens, the applied effects are executed as is!

You can remove it by clicking No slide screen transition in the Transition tab.

Please note that you can remove all slide effects at once by clicking Apply All!
