The Ministry discussed the regulatory changes it proposes in Ordinance No. 10/2023 with branch officials.
The Ministry of Health’s team held a preliminary discussion with the branch organizations of changes in Ordinance No. 10 of 2023 for the terms and conditions of application of the interventions in the area of environment and climate and animal welfare during an online meeting.
The initiated process of amending the regulatory framework is aimed at the unofficial approval by the European Commission of the proposed changes in compensatory interventions within the framework of the first amendment of the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas 2023-2027.
The preliminary phase aims to familiarize the interested parties, as well as to take into account their opinions and positions before launching a public discussion.
On April 1, 2024, a preliminary meeting was also held with the branch organizations to discuss changes in Ordinance No. 9 of June 26, 2023 on the terms and conditions for the implementation of the interventions “biological crop production” and “biological beekeeping” included in the 2023 SPRZSR – 2027
