Changes in restrictions from Monday. There is a regulation on the opening of hairdressing and beauty salons

The regulation appeared in Journal of Laws on Thursday, April 22 in the evening. The document assumes that from Monday, April 26 in 11 provinces: Podlasie, Podkarpackie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Lubelskie, Pomorskie, Lubuskie, Świętokrzyskie, Mazowieckie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Zachodniopomorskie and Małopolskie, hairdressing, cosmetic, tattoo and piercing salons can resume their activities.

From April 26, beauty and hairdressing salons may open in 11 voivodeships

These places can only operate under strict sanitary regime. At the same time, only the service and individual customers, agreed for specific hours, may stay in the outlets listed in the regulation. The exception is when the client requires the care of an adult or a guardian.

According to the regulation, positions work they must be at least 1.5 meters apart, unless there is a barrier between them. Showrooms must provide customers with disinfectant, which should be standing at the entrance to the point.

The above-mentioned activities are still prohibited in the Dolnośląskie, Łódzkie, Opolskie, Śląskie and Wielkopolskie voivodships.

Restrictions from Monday, April 26 – these regulations remain

The government has not decided to lift the following restrictions, which are still in force, i.e. in all provinces in the country:

  • cover mouth and nose in public places mask and keep a distance of 1.5 meters from other people;
  • shopping centers remain closed, with the exception of grocery stores, pharmacies, drugstores, kiosks and bookstores;
  • there are limits to people in shops, at fairs, post offices or other establishments. This is one person per 15 square meters in stores up to 100 square meters, and one person per 20 square meters in larger establishments;
  • in churches and places of worship there is a limit of one person per 20 square meters;
  • theaters, cinemas, art galleries, gyms, fitness clubs, swimming pools and solariums are closed;
  • hotels are closed until Monday 3rd May. The only exceptions are workers’ hotels or accommodation offered to people on business trips (this applies, for example, to medics, drivers, soldiers).
  • it is allowed to play sports in the outdoor sports facilities, within the limit of 25 people;
  • only players practicing sports professionally may use the halls and indoor pitches.
