The second one is eight “Shortcuts”, thanks to which you can quickly access the most necessary functions, e.g. BLIK payments, account balance, transfers to ZUS. The customer can independently set shortcuts to selected services and add-ons. The third section, “Selected for you”, is the area where the user will see personalized suggestions and offers,” explains the bank.
“Phone verification from the bank will most likely appear in the first quarter of 2024. The application will inform you that the incoming call is definitely a call from the bank,” says Katarzyna Stawecka, director responsible for Retail Digital Experience at ING Bank Śląski, quoted in the release.
