Effective from June 29, 2023, the online transfer fee for online transfers at myBCA, BCA mobile, KlikBCA Individual, KlikBCA Bisnis, and BCA ATMs will be adjusted from IDR 0 to IDR 6,500. Additionally, the BI Fast transfer fee, previously set at IDR 2,500 per transaction, will now be waived for BI Fast services on myBCA, BCA mobile, Klik BCA Individual, and KlikBCA Bisnis.

BCA Digital’s Vice President Head of Marketing Communication, Duardi Prihandiko, emphasized that these changes do not involve any additional charges for users and customers. Instead, the modifications focus on altering the transfer methods. This move reflects BCA’s commitment to supporting the use of BI Fast transactions and complying with regulatory requirements.

BCA Digital is also actively promoting the adoption of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) transactions. By offering various promotions relevant to daily needs, BCA Digital aims to increase the usage of QRIS transactions. As of May 2023, QRIS transactions have already surpassed 700 thousand, showing a significant increase compared to previous months, which ranged from 400-500 thousand transactions.

BCA Digital’s Head of Digital Business, Edwin Tirta, stated that there is no specific target for QRIS transactions at BCA Digital. This approach allows for organic growth and flexibility in meeting customer demands.
