Leaves Kayseri at market value high
The former Bochum and Freiburg Bundesliga professional Onur Bulut (28) has found a new club and decided to stay in Turkey. Besiktas announced the successful completion of the transfer on Wednesday. The right-back, who u .a. also acted specifically at FC Augsburg, signed a contract until 2026.
Bulut, who was born in Sauerland, left Germany for Turkey in 2019 after 54 second division games at training club VfL Bochum, 22 Bundesliga appearances at SC Freiburg and 31 appearances in the lower house and the 3rd division at Eintracht Braunschweig, where he worked for Alanyaspor and Rizespor ended up at Kayserispor last season. Here the new national player increased his market value to the previous career high of 3 million euros.
Wednesday 8 February was the last opportunity for a club transfer to a Turkish club so far. The transfer window could now remain open longer due to the earthquake disaster in the south-east of the country.
