Systemic parties must return to Europe. This was stated by the leader of the GERB, Boyko Borisov, reported the BGNES correspondent from Stara Zagora.
Borisov gave as an example the vote for the F-16 Block 70 squadron of “Let’s continue the change” yesterday in the National Assembly: “You saw their behavior.”
He sharply criticized the PP’s assessments of the GERB, citing the words of Kornelia Ninova, who described the PP’s politicians as “amateurs”.
“Some amateurs here, quoting Ninova, allow themselves to evaluate GERD. It doesn’t look serious. What have they achieved in these two years,” said Borisov.
He referred to rating agency Standard & Poor’s assessment that it expects GDP growth to be below 1% next year.
“You understand what they did to you in two years. They achieved growth of less than 1%. All the economic wishes of the PP cannot be realized with such low growth and inflation above 15%. This is called disaster in English and catastrophe in Bulgarian,” Borisov stressed.
He stressed that during his administration, Bulgaria’s border with Turkey was best guarded and there was no pressure from migrants. This was recognized by all European leaders, including EC leaders Ursula von der Leyen and Charles Michel.
“I left them a border as an example. Boyko Borisov was set as an example everywhere. The best-guarded Schengen border has been recognized throughout Europe. Now we are full of refugees. Who allowed this?” Borisov asked, adding that he would fix the problem in 15 days.
He pointed out that GERD is respected in Germany.
“GERB’s umbilical cord is with the German parties. We are a party with values and we are disciplined. I promised them we would protect the border, and I did. I promised them governments and surpluses only for growth. Bulgaria is was separated from Romania two years ago and they made us join the whitest organization: the banking union. In two years without GERD and Borisov, that has changed,” added Borisov.
The GERB leader said that the relationship with “Jemcorp” is very indicative of the thinking of Kiril Petkov and Asen Vasilev. “To take your friend to Granite Hall and give him all the energy. If Slavi Trifonov hadn’t overthrown them, it would all be over in a few years,” said Borisov.
The GERB leader added that in just six months the parties that previously supported the PP, namely the BSP and ITN, are now exposing their gross violations and corruption.
He stressed that he is 100% in favor of automatic voting introduced by GERB, but “people have come in who brag about holding the code.”
Borisov gave a comprehensive assessment of the management of PP, Vasilev and Petkov over the past two years.
“Huge inflation, huge impoverishment, completely unguarded Schengen border, buying from elections to energy. This is the result of two years of ‘Continue the Change’,” he declared and urged:
“Let’s make an effort and sign a document for six months if we don’t want such governments. If we don’t want to do that, we tell Radev that we will go to elections. The intention of the PP with 72 MPs to form a government is not serious. to create a minority cabinet, then I agree either with DPS or with “Vazrazhdane”, but certainly not with GERB and BSP, because we show their weaknesses,” Boyko Borisov underlined
