The personnel carousel at the S.Oliver Group continues to turn. This time there is a change in the marketing area: Jasmin-Isabelle Köhne, who has only been on board as Director of Marketing & Communications as a member of the extended management team since the beginning of 2022, is leaving the company at the end of the year at her own request to take on new professional challenges.
Her predecessor Levon Reyher had surprisingly thrown in the towel after just a year. Jasmin-Isabelle Köhne drove significant changes in the group, including the new corporate design and addressing new target groups.
Köhne’s successor has already been determined: Mokhtar Benbouazza will take over the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) on December 1st. In the newly created position, Benbouazza will be responsible for the communication disciplines of all brands (including Comma, Liebeskind Berlin, Copenhagen Studios) bundled in one department.
Benbouazza is no stranger to Rottendorf: He was in charge of marketing for the S.Oliver brand from 2011 to 2015 and was in charge of marketing at Jack Wolfskin and Dodenhof, among others. In his new position, he reports directly to CEO Jürgen Otto.
Mokhtar Benbouazza brings with him globally oriented competencies in brand building, e-commerce as well as in the omnichannel and online marketing area, it is said hopefully from Rottendorf. As the new CMO, Benbouazza will support further internationalization and further expand the brands’ high level of awareness.
