Commenting on his departure from Toyota, Uyttenhoven said: “I had the privilege of turning my passion for cars into a profession. After 35 years in the automotive industry and 13 years in Germany, I would now like to tackle new projects with curiosity. With this I can check whether the 60s of lifetime are really the new 40s. And these projects don’t necessarily have to be related to the automotive industry. “
Successors from within our own ranks

Andre Schmidt: “I am looking forward to coming back to Germany at a time of major changes in the automotive industry. I thank Alain Uyttenhoven for the work he has done and wish him and his family all the best for the future. “
