18:53 – The very first draw from Pot 3 brings VfB Stuttgart their next opponent: they face Young Boys Bern.
18:48 – Another tough draw for VfB Stuttgart: They’re going to Juventus.
18:46 – Bayer Leverkusen now knows its remaining opponents: AC Milan, RB Salzburg, Feyenoord Rotterdam, Sparta Prague and Stade Brest complete the German champions’ schedule.
18:44 – VfB Stuttgart gets another home game: Atalanta comes to Germany.

18:30 – The first draw is Manchester City. The opponents from Pot 1 are Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain. They didn’t get any German teams.
18:22 – After a short introduction explaining the new rules with plenty of star power, the draw will now take place. Greats such as Ibrahimovic, Del Piero, Figo, Buffon, Rodri and many others took part.
18:17 o’clock – Ronaldo thanked for the award, even though he had to take a swipe from the UEFA president: he no longer plays in the best competition. His new trophy will go to the CR7 museum on Madeira.
18:12 – Cristiano Ronaldo will also be honored today. The legendary Portuguese striker will be presented with a trophy for his record goalscoring record in the Champions League. The 39-year-old has scored 140 goals in the premier class.

17:04 – When asked who he would like to face in the Champions League, RB coach Marco Rose had a clear opinion at the press conference before the draw: “I would like to go to Barcelona to see Dani again and meet Hansi. 15:02 – For the first time in the history of the competition, five German teams are taking part in the Champions League. This can be explained by the outstanding performances of the German clubs on the European stage in the 2023/24 season. The two associations of the countries that performed best in the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League in the previous season will receive an additional direct starting place.
14:31 – The feedback from stars and fans is mixed. A certain euforia about the new format is offset by the high workload and the overcrowded calendar for the athletes.
