The Portuguese have long dreamed after Pavlidis’ hat-trick (2′, 22′ and 30′ from a penalty) in the first half, interspersed with a penalty (13′) from Lewandowski. Il Liverpool achieved the satisfaction of remaining at the top of the table with full points (7 wins out of 7), beating (2-1) also the Lillewho was forced to interrupt his streak of 21 consecutive useful results in official matches.
