The Haut-Savoyard team moves back to 8th place, before a Coupe de France match against Grenoble tomorrow.

The Pioneers of Chamonix regain victory! By winning 1-0 against the Jokers de Cergy last Friday, the Chamoniards ended a series of four consecutive defeats. Despite a squad reduced by injuries, Chamonix was able to count in particular on the return of Tristan Thompson and Ricards Grinbergs. The absences of key players like Lauric Convert, Nils Carnbäck and Malo Ville were felt, but the tenacity of the team allowed them to win three important points.

Chamonix domination from the start of the match

The Pioneers approached the match with great determination. The Haut-Savoie players largely dominated the debates during the first third.
The pressure on the Jokers defense was constant. A domination on the ice which materialized in the second half with the delivery of the first and only goal of the match. In the 25th minute, Jordan Mugnier scored after a pass from Gabin Ville.

8th place in the ranking

This victory for the Pioneers is the second of the season in regulation time. It allows Chamonix to climb the ranking. The Haut-Savoie players settle in eighth place, before facing Briançon on October 25. The Pioneers will also be putting on their skates again more quickly than expected. They leave the Synerglace Magnus League 2025 for an evening for a Coupe de France match. Chamonix faces Grenoble this Tuesday.
