Un urban renewal plan was launched in the Biollay district, initiated by the Greater Chambéry agglomeration, the City of Chambéry, Cristal Habitat and ICF Habitat (two social landlords). It notably includes issues of mobility, public spaces and home comfort. In this context, meetings with local actors were offered from July 12 to 30 in various places in the district, with the aim of collecting the voices of associations and residents around their needs, their uses, but also advantages and problems of Biollay.
