The head of the Poultry Division pointed out that the coming period will witness the introduction of quantities of imported poultry on a large scale in various outlets and exhibitions to control the price before the holy month of Ramadan, expecting a decrease in prices in local poultry during the middle of next March.
In another context, the head of the Poultry Division revealed that a tripartite meeting was held between feed producing companies, the Ministry of Agriculture and representatives of farmers, in order to ensure the expansion of corn cultivation as well as ensuring that farmers obtain a suitable price for corn to expand its cultivation in the coming period in order to secure the market needs of feed.
