The recipes are carefully developed to offer dishes as healthy than delicious ! The map is regularly renewed to adapt to seasonal products and to chef’s moods…

It’s almost summer, you dream of a light dish full of flavors? Zou: one bespoke salad ! More inclined to an option”belly fart“? Here, the place and the fresh pasta are made on site, made in front of you (the kitchen is made visible to all to dispel any suspicion about the handmade)and you can enhance your pasta of the accompaniment of your choice. Because that’s what happiness is. Balance sheet? Like a desire to exclaim a “Oh mama !” pleasure and satisfaction with every bite.

More Chalyambait’s not just a restaurant with (incredible) pastas, piadines, focaccias, paninis, soups, slices of pizza and more Italian delicacies. It is also a coffee-shop where to come to relax and enjoy delicious homemade pastries such as tiramisus, cookies, New-York Rolls de zinzin, pies, cakes and so on!

Also, if you need a quiet and comfortable place to work, the spot serves as a coworking space where to take advantage of a pleasant atmosphere to tap on your keyboard (for work, of course…), with a good coffee at hand (beware, however, of liquid-type accidents on high-tech devices, we know) and a brownie.
