“Each year in France, more than a million patients are treated thanks to blood donation. It is this observation which provoked, in 1998 in Toulouse, the launch by the Rotary of the operation “Mon sang pour les autres”, the largest blood drive in Europe ”. In 2017, the Rotary clubs of Chalonnais took action by participating in this operation with members of the Inner Whell club and in partnership with the Amicale chalonnaise for voluntary blood donation, the municipality and the French establishment of blood.
