Chaco actress gave voice to a story by María Elena Walsh

The Chaco actress Nuria Ceccoli voiced the story “El Ovillo” in the tribute to María Elena Walsh carried out by the Kirchner Cultural Center. As part of the commemorations for the 91st anniversary of the birth of the Argentine poet, writer, singer-songwriter, playwright and composer, the CCK broadcast on February 1 a series of five podcasts with her narratives in the voices of actresses from all over the world. The project’s objective was to record the different rhythms, accents and tunes of each region.

The selected stories were El Ovillo, narrated by Nuria Ceccoli (Chaco); Bisa Vuela, narrated by Rafaela Gamba (Santiago del Estero); La Plapla, narrated by Marina Percara (Entre Ríos); La Sombrera, narrated by Sonnia De Monte (Mendoza); and Murrungato del Zapato, narrated by Pola Halaban (Córdoba).

The podcasts featured artistic production by Vanina Judkovsky and original music by Pablo de la Reta and German Lami. Its launch was part of the activities of the special tribute open to the public that the CCK made.
