The General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM), following the meeting of the Committee for awarding the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Label, granted its CSR Label to the company Royal Air Maroc (RAM), and renewed to the companies Amendis and LabelVie. The award of this label crowns the commitment of these companies to CSR and the taking into account, in their policy, of the expectations of their internal and external stakeholders, indicates the CGEM in a press release.
The granting of the CGEM CSR label is part of a process of continuous improvement of practices for the sustainability and strengthening of achievements, adds the same source, recalling that its aim is to encourage Moroccan companies to adopt a global approach taking into account economic, environmental and social imperatives in their managerial strategies.
It is granted following an evaluation of company practices in the nine areas of action constituting the CGEM social responsibility charter, in accordance with the universal CSR objectives.
These objectives, continues the press release, relating to human rights, working relations and conditions, the environment, the prevention of corruption, healthy competition, corporate governance, interests customers and consumers, supplier and subcontractor issues and community engagement.
