Timmendorfer Strand – The Beach Devils of CE Timmendorf celebrated their first victory in the Regionalliga. After a 0-1 deficit in the 11th minute, goals from Christopher Röhrl (17th), Kenneth Schnabel (20th and 27th) and Felix Dettmer (23rd) gave the Ice Fighters Salzgitter a 4-1 lead who were able to reduce them to 3: 4 in the final third. Strengthened by the away success, the Timmendorfer will now go into the home game on Friday against the Weserstars Bremen – and on Saturday in the guest appearance with the Jade Sharks of the ECW Sande.
