The Spanish Export Credit Insurance Company (Cesce) has launched Cesce Api Market, a new platform to simplify credit insurance procedures, provide the client with information in real time and provide more security to operations, as reported by the insurance carrier.
This Open API is designed to bring agility to procedures related to credit insurance, gives access to Cesce products in a totally autonomous way and allows testing them thanks to an open testing environment and definition of APIs.
The platform is now operational and in it the client can access the solutions that the company offers in terms of risks, sales management, claims management and financing. In addition, it offers access to a simulator of the ‘Cesce Fácil’ solution, an ‘online’ policy adapted to SMEs that want to ensure sales of up to five million euros.
The commercial director Iberia and Marketing of Cesce, Alejandro Gandía, stressed that the platform represents an advance in terms of product and customer service, and that with its launch the insurer reaffirms “its approach to making credit management processes more efficient commercial, automating operational procedures “.
