Samsung is one of the biggest supporters of Micro LED technology and this is not expected to change in the future. At least this is indicated by the fact that the group has announced that it will expand its offering with three new Micro LED televisions.

They have 110, 101 and 89 inch diagonals, i.e. they still have not been able to radically reduce the size of the light emitting diodes. For this reason, it remains to be seen for some time that this procedure will gain ground in homes of average size. The new models have a resolution of 4K, which means they have packed a total of nearly 25 million LEDs (three behind each pixel), and as a result, native contrast can be brutally good.
According to the information received from the company, in addition to hardware improvements, the image of the 2022 Micro LED TVs can be adjusted to the smallest detail, with more than a million different brightness and color depth options available, making the reproduction of HDR material very realistic. Also important information is that the Micro LED models provide 100 percent coverage of the DCI and Adobe RGB color gamut.
It’s not yet known how much this year’s Samsung Micor LED TVs will cost, but starting from last year’s prices, it’s quite certain to be cruelly expensive.
