CES 2021: Samsung Will Show Off the Latest and Sophisticated OLED Screen

Samsung Display will launch layar OLED the latest with the most advanced technology at the 2021 Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2021) on January 11-14.

Unfortunately, the CES 2021 event will take place virtually, given the current corona pandemic situation.

Through a new teaser Samsung display trying to show off layar OLED which will be installed in the 2021 laptop lineup.

Samsung Display accentuates the word “Super Image Quality” and hopes to introduce up to 10 screens by CES 2021 as quoted by Gizmochina.

Some of the things mentioned are Ultrapure Red, Ultrapure Green, and Ultrapure Blue. Samsung’s Ultrapure RGB is claimed to be better in comparison layar OLED conventional. In fact, the screen readability in sunlight will be clearer.

The Brightness x Chroma combination is probably the algorithm that will improve the screen quality. Layar OLED also covers 120 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut and a 46 percent improvement over conventional displays.

Samsung Display also claims technology layar OLED the new one will have deeper blacks even when tested at 0.0005 nits, a contrast ratio of> 1,000,000: 1, 85 percent true HDR coverage and much more.

If later available for mass production, Samsung Display could pioneer the latest laptop display technology like they ever did on smartphones and smart TV panels.

Of the 10 screens that will be introduced, the sizes vary from 13.3 inches to 16 inches. Commercial products are expected to be available by the end of 2021.

Layar OLED reportedly not exclusive to Samsung so other products such as Asus, Dell, HP, and Lenovo can immerse this technology in their laptops.
