Cercle Bruges to Secure Loan or Permanent Transfer of Mexican Attacking Midfielder from America

While the transfer window will officially open its doors in just under a month, the various Jupiler Pro League clubs, for their part, are busy trying to get their hands on the rare pearl.

Santiago Naveda, Mexican attacking midfielder from America, is on loan this season to Miedz Legnica, resident of the Polish championship. The Ekstraklassa club, however, does not have a purchase option in the 22-year-old North American’s contract. A situation which will, therefore, allow Cercle Bruges to secure the services of the native of Mexico City. At least that’s what Kamil Warzocha says on social media. The journalist does not specify, however, whether it will be a loan or a permanent transfer for the one who, this season, scored a goal and delivered as many assists in twenty-five games, all competitions confused.

The Cercle Bruges ninety minutes from the holidays

The Groen en Zwart will host Westerlo this Saturday in the match counting for the sixth and very last day of the Europe Playoffs. A match for butter given that the Flanders, nor the Campinois for that matter, can no longer catch up with La Gantoise, in the standings. Indeed the Buffalos will have literally rolled over their three competitors in the race for Europe. After narrowly missing the Champions Playoffs, it was also the bare minimum for Hein Vanhaezebrouck and his players.
