Lufthansa CEO Jens Ritter talked about his exciting experience working as a flight attendant with the rest of the cabin crew on board an Airbus A330 on one of the Lufthansa flights to Riyadh from Frankfurt.
Where the CEO of the company said: “I served business class passengers on the outbound trip and served economy class passengers on the return trip, in order to personally know the level of services and the level of customer satisfaction at his company without disclosing my identity.”
He added, “I was amazed at the extent of organization required of the service crew and the tasks they perform, especially if things do not go as planned. For example, the meals presented on the menu cards were not exactly the meals that were loaded on the plane.
He continued, “It was interesting to cater to the wishes of the guests individually, and to deal with the different personalities that each traveler has.”
He added: I enjoyed every moment and was amazed at how much I learned in those few hours. My work in the office after I return will be different after feeling what is done on the plane and what the passenger and the service crew face on the plane.
