Centro Arte Alameda brings a film series made by women with tapes by Maite Alberdi and Pepa San Martín

The streaming of Alameda Art Center continues with the commemoration of Women’s Month and, because of that, the cultural space has selected a quantity of 33 audiovisual pieces made by women and that can now be viewed for free in the #HALLCENTRAL of the Center’s streaming.

Besides that there is a special called Great Directors, where you can see the shorts with which prominent Chilean directors began their careers. Audiovisual productions such as «Blokes» by Marialy Rivas, “The shower” of Pepa San Martin Y «The Hairdressers» by Maite Alberdi and Israel Pimentel Bustamante.

Among all the content selected there are five feature films. “Tetoterapia” by Alejandra Gómez and Jorge Panchana, “El arte del tiempo” by Emilia Simonetti Bochetti, “If the months continue” by Javiera Hernández, “Days of Cleo” by Elvira Reymond and the documentary “Hoy y no Mañana” by Josefina Morandé.

On Thursday, March 11, there will be a discussion at 7:00 p.m. in the Live of Central Hall of Alameda Art Center. Director Josefina Morandé and Antonella Estevez (director of Femcine) will talk about the making of this documentary, which was released in 2018.

The streaming subscription from the Alameda Art Center has a cost of $ 3,890.
