The media dean of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party, Maan Hamiyah, “has categorically denied all the rumors circulating on social media, which speak of the emergence of gunmen and the clashes in Beirut and other areas of Lebanon”.
He said in a statement: “These rumors are unfounded and are figments of the imagination, and behind them are hidden elements and suspicious sides.”
He called on “security and military agencies to pursue gossip and take dissuasive measures through the implementation of judicial signals and law enforcement”.
