Al Markaziya – The Estimates Department of the Meteorological Department at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation expected that the weather for tomorrow will be few clouds to partly cloudy at times, with a slight decrease in temperatures and the appearance of fog at the heights.
The following bulletin was stated:
– The general situation: An area of high atmospheric pressure dominates Lebanon and the eastern basin of the Mediterranean, leading to stable weather during the coming days.
The average temperature for the month of January is from 11 to 19 degrees.
– The expected weather in Lebanon:
Tuesday: Clear in the morning, becoming cloudy in the evening with medium clouds, with no significant change in temperatures on the mountains and indoors, with a slight rise on the coast and higher than seasonal rates. Fog also forms on the heights in the evening.
Wednesday: Slightly cloudy to partly cloudy at times, with a slight drop in temperatures and fog still appearing on the heights.
Thursday: Slightly cloudy to partly cloudy at times without temperature changes, with fog still appearing on the heights in the morning.
Friday: Slightly cloudy in the morning, becoming cloudy in the afternoon with medium clouds, with an additional rise in temperatures.
Temperature on the coast from 14 to 21 degrees, above the mountains from 6 to 13 degrees, indoors from 4 to 12 degrees.
Surface winds: weak northwesterly to northeasterly, with a speed of 8 to 25 km/h.
– Sweeping: Good in general, gets worse over the mountains during the evening period due to fog formation.
– Relative humidity on the coast:
between 50 and 70%.
– Sea condition: rampage to low.
