We are a well-coordinated, experienced team and advise our customers competently and reliably on all insurance issues – our customers confirm this again and again. We are now looking for reinforcements for our private customer area!

Your tasks will be:
- Technical and sales support for savings bank employees (m/f/d) for insurance topics
- Sales to new customers in the branch in collaboration with the bank employees (m/f/d)
- Supporting Sparkasse branches with campaigns and coaching for sales and transition events in the insurance business
- Identification of sales starting points in the insurance business
- Ensuring transfers to the insurance specialists (m/f/d) of our agency
Your profile and your talents are:
- Lots of passion and passion as well as a strong service orientation
- The ability to communicate with bank employees (m/f/d) and customers at eye level, respectfully and confidently
- The ability to understand you and the Sparkasse advisors (m/f/d) as a team
- A convincing and winning personality
- It would be nice to successfully complete your training as an insurance clerk or bank clerk
- Several years of experience in banking and/or insurance sales would also be good
- The willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics as a career changer
