  Jilin, Heilongjiang and other places have heavy snowfall

From November 8th to 9th, affected by the cold air, most of Inner Mongolia, North China, Huanghuai and Northeast China experienced winds of magnitude 4 to 6, with gusts reaching magnitude 7 to 9 in some areas, and the temperature dropped by 4 to 8℃. The local temperature drop is more than 10℃.

From 08:00 on November 8 to 08:00 on November 9, there was heavy snow in northern Liaoning, central and eastern mountainous areas of Jilin, and south-central Heilongjiang. From 08:00 on November 10 to 08:00 on November 11, there was light to moderate snow or sleet, and local heavy snow in some areas along the Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang, the western mountainous areas of southern Xinjiang, and central Shanxi. There are light to moderate rains in parts of southeastern Northwest China, western Jianghan, Jiangnan, eastern Southwest China, South China, Taiwan Island and other places. Among them, there are heavy rains in parts of central and southern Zhejiang and northern Fujian.
