A number of voters have declared their support for the candidate Chairman of PSSI. Latest, Central Kalimantan Putra come closer to Erick Thohir.
Central Kalimantan Putra has provided support for Erick to become the holder of the leadership baton at PSSI 1. The hope is that Erick can make Indonesian football better.
Because Erick has the capability and experience to be able to lead PSSI. The Minister of BUMN is considered capable of giving color and improving Indonesian football better, so that later it can go international.
Central Kalimantan Putra’s support was conveyed by Deputy CEO, Rahmat Nasution Hamka when meeting with Erick Thohir in Bali, Saturday (11/2/2023).
During the meeting, Rahmat Nasution Hamka also said that the CEO of Kalteng Putra FC, Agustiar Sabran expressed his appreciation to Erick Thohir who was willing to run for general chairman.
According to him, this is a very extraordinary dedication and ideals that must be jointly supported by all parties.
“CEO of Kalteng Putra FC, Mr. H Agustiar Sabran, extends his greetings to Bang Erick Thohir. From the previous period, we were actually waiting for Bang Erick Thohir’s willingness to run for chairman of PSSI. Thank God, this period, Bang Erick is willing and we fully support it,” said Deputy CEO of Central Kalimantan. Rahmat Nasution Hamka’s son.
“Actually, we national footballers should say thank you to Bang Erick Thohir, because we want to take responsibility as the chairman of PSSI. We are sure of the capacity we have not only on the national but international level, namely as the owner of the Inter Milan club,” he said.
Erick is expected to be able to bring better changes to Indonesian football by first fixing the federation. In line with that, Erick did promise changes in PSSI’s body with his clean-up promises.
“Managing PSSI is a very big responsibility. We hope that the world of football in Indonesia will be more advanced, and we also ask that we can organize our supporters even better, so that good brotherhood can be established,” he said.
“We Kalteng Putra FC support and pray that Bang Erick Thohir will be elected as the chairman of PSSI. We are sure that Bang Erick will be able to bring Indonesian football to go international,” he said.
At the meeting, Rahmat Nasution Hamka also read a special rhyme to Erick.
“Thank you Bang Erick Thohir, being the chairman of PSSI is not the end, the league must be more lively to roll on, also a world champion national team will soon be born.”
