“When the number of injured animals began to increase, we decided to install a hospital for them in Manavgat. Our staff treat animals with Burns and supplies them with serum. We will soon install a similar hospital in Marmaris”, He expressed.
Şenpolat explained that animals suffer more in the face of these types of events, because unlike humans they have nowhere to turn. “These are silent creatures. Some have broken legs, others have burns, but do not find treatment by themselves ”, he lamented.
Animals were the main victim from the forest fires in Manavgat and other cities from Bodrum to Marmaris, while their owners barely managed to escape.
