Diocesan Caritas of Madrid It has an open Women’s Care Center at Calle Concepción Jerónima, 19. A highly flexible space, which is aimed at women in situations of social exclusion, and which offers services to attend to their basic needs, as well as a place of meeting, advice, listening and accompaniment to improve their quality of life.
It opens its doors every day of the year and on holidays and is conceived as a welcoming space where women have a shower service -with feminine hygiene kits-, washing machine and dryer, coffee and snacks and a large rest room with television, luggage room, reading area, board games and computers with internet access. In addition to accompanying women, the center offers them information and guidance to facilitate their access to different resources depending on their situation and needs.
