“Our trainers are always carried by the fire of transmitting culinary education. They trace point by point and with great sense all the programs called to produce a real evolution and revolution in the education of young girls. All while preparing them to fulfill their future role as Chefs, pastry chefs and catering chefs. Vice-president Fouad Belkhatab spoke during this ceremony to pay tribute to the various trainers in the presence of a large assembly of the organizing committee working in all the projects of this center. All while highlighting “a remarkable gastronomic work, worthy of being included in the pedagogy of the future not only of these young students, but also of the less young as well as of all young citizens, in this specialized art of teaching culinary and table arts, very specialized in teaching catering and hospitality. Cooking is generally recognized, according to him, in the world as “A great art”.
At the same time, it promotes Morocco as one of the countries where culinary tradition is an integral part of culture, heritage and identity. Moroccan cuisine and pastries are a well-known, centuries-old art of living with different traditional or contemporary tastes that are subtle, fresh and refined. So many national dishes with melodious names that make us dream, without forgetting that the recipes vary according to the different regions of the country, their traditions and their re-inventiveness over the years is traced with the varieties of culinary and taste journeys.
According to him, key events of this kind are intended to enhance value through daily life. The objective being to pass on to future generations their knowledge, their passion and their taste for excellence through the provision of supervision and professional training from the Center for the Education of Women and Children under the ‘AGA (Association Le Grand Atlas), under the presidency and vision of Professor Knidiri.
This second semester is the most important of the year since it aims to celebrate and reward excellence in the training of the Center for the Education of Women and Children of the Association Le Grand Atlas de Marrakech.
The trainers and teachers are great professionals in the culinary art of the table at the national level who provide students with exceptional teaching. The particularity of this is to link theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the transmission of different techniques and know-how inherited from the great masters of Moroccan cuisine and pastry, with also a very great learning of culinary flavors from the four corners of the world. including French and Asian cuisine. These different training courses and internships are the keystone of successful training which offers a springboard for the future careers of students and allows them to become aware of the reality of the profession of Chef. Which is also a major asset in their CV.
