Cellar box Clussiusstraat closed for six months after drug discovery
On the Clussiusstraat in Zaandam, a cellar box has to be locked for a period of six months after the discovery of more than two kilograms of hashish, 125 grams of hemp and three envelopes with cocaine in a sports bag.
There was also a ‘firearm-like object’ in a plastic bag. This later turned out to be a gas pressure gun.
The police and an inspector of Social Affairs and Employment came across the find after a house and associated cellar box were searched.
The narcotics and the real-life firearm have been seized.
