Cell phone, conversions and insurance – Rosenheim police

Rosenheim. Rosenheim police officers drove behind a VW van in the Hubertusstrasse area around 1 p.m. The driver attracted attention because he constantly came into the opposite lane and was therefore subjected to a traffic control. The 32-year-old driver from Slovakia talked on the phone with his mobile phone while driving and probably concentrated on it than on the road. The officials ordered a security deposit of around 150 euros due to the illegal use of the cell phone in road traffic. After receiving appropriate instruction, the 32-year-old was able to continue his journey.

At around 2.15 p.m., a 44-year-old driver from Rosenheim was noticed in Münchener Strasse because his e-scooter had no insurance number. As part of the inspection, the Rosenheim resident stated that he had forgotten to take out an insurance contract. An investigation was initiated against the man for a violation of the compulsory insurance law. But this was not the only case, because 30 minutes earlier, a 30-year-old Rosenheimer was stopped and checked in Kolbermoorer Strasse. He also had no insurance number, which resulted in a criminal complaint.

At 2 p.m., a 31-year-old BMW driver from the Wasserburg area was stopped and checked. It was found on his vehicle that the wheel / tire combination did not meet the requirements of the approval documents, and so-called spacers were also installed. Fine proceedings with points were initiated against the 31-year-old in Flensburg.
