The actress and film producer of Dominican origin Celines Toribio will be recognizing a group of “Women of Impact” next Wednesday, prior to his conference “The new me“.
The event, whose objective is honor women who reinvent themselves and have a positive impact on societywill take place at the Cocina Taller restaurant, located at 416 W 203rd St, New York, NY 10034, this October 25.
According to a statement, the recognition more than ten women will serve as a prelude to the conference of women “The new me”which will arrive in New York for the first time on October 28, at the Lovinger Theater at Lehman College.
During this conferenceToribio, together with a group of experts, aims to help empower and guide more than 500 women towards a renewed version of themselves.
Who will be recognized?
During Wednesday’s event, Toribio will recognize notable women, including television celebrities such as Esperanza Ceballos, Burma Ríos and Denise Olleras well as professionals and community figures such as Cira Angels, Susana Osorio, Josefina Rodriguez, Amarilis Jacobo, Aneiry Batista, Danays Vichot, Nurys De Oleo, Lissette Montolio, Elida Almonte, Yudith Vargas and Dominga de los Santos.
Toribio’s return to New York is motivated by the desire to inspire and recognize women of value in the communityoften unknown, that have paved the way for youth with new opportunities.
