The reason Kate Moss testified is that Amber Heard, during her statement in court a few weeks ago, made a rumor that Johnny Depp pushed Kate Moss down a flight of stairs in the 90’s, when the two were a couple.
The two met when Depp was 31 years old and she was 21 years old.
In court, Heard explained that she beat up Johnny Depp during an argument, because Depp allegedly beat her sister, Whitney Heard, when the sister was standing on top of a staircase.

Defendant for over 440 million
Johnny Depp has sued his ex-wife Amber Heard for NOK 442 million. The lawsuit is centered around a column Heard wrote about sexual and partner violence in Washington Post in December 2018.
Heard quickly went to court and has demanded 884 million kroner for defamation and for what she thought was a smear campaign on Depp’s part.

Manhattan lawyer Roland Acevedo has previously stated that Heard’s explanation about Kate Moss can now hit her hard.

Kate Moss’ testimony was over in a few minutes, and comes in the last week of the lawsuit between Depp and Heard. The final proceedings are expected to take place on Friday.
It is unclear when there will be a verdict in the case, but the jury will start its deliberations immediately after the trial is over on Friday.
