A woman, whose identity remains anonymous, sued the actor, with credits in more than 80 titles, for touching her without her consent, according to what she said, he inserted his fingers into her vagina and anus.
This allegedly occurred in 2015, when the woman and a friend approached Foxx at a New York restaurant, Catch NYC, to ask for a photo.
