As part of National School Sports Day (JNSS) on Wednesday September 20, the Montmorency College Sports Association, associated with the Château-Renard Medical-Educational Institute (IME), was rewarded for its remarkable investment.
The afternoon took place in two parts in Reims. The first was devoted to an Escape Game on the site of the Montbré fort with a mission to carry out, particularly interesting, since the students present, who did not know each other, had to collaborate, communicate and organize themselves to successfully complete the challenge on a remarkable site. Then, an awards ceremony was held at Pierre-de-Coubertin college, in the presence of Vincent Stanek, rector of the Academy of Reims.
Maxime Francisco, young nationally certified badminton referee, student at Montmorency College last year, received an honorary diploma from the rector.
The Montmorency College Sports Association and the IME Château-Renard were each awarded a medal of honor for their dynamism and their investment throughout the year in shared sport and the inclusion of students in disability situation.
Note in passing that a delegation of three students will go to the Council of State in November to receive the national ethic’action “inclusion” prize.
What pride for these two local establishments!
A great experience in the impressive Montbré fort.
