Ivonna Bredovska was born in Talsi, grew up in Cēsis, graduated from the Technical Institute for Cultural Operators and the Liepāja University of Pedagogy. She began her working life in Slampe, where she worked for many years as a manager and director of the Palace of Culture. Yvonne believes anyone can paint as long as she has a good teacher. Although her grandfather, artist Žanis Sūniņš, once looked at her childhood skills and said, “No, no, you have nothing inside …”, however, it was art that helped her. at a significant moment in her life. And for 14 years Yvonne has been painting in Ingemár Trey’s studio «Bohemists»: “The use of colors has given me the greatest joy and has become like color psychotherapy. In the process, all worries and absences are forgotten. And in the process, all worries and absences are forgotten. And for that, many thanks to my teacher Ingemar Trey, whose advice I always listen to diligently. And thanks to my husband Egil, who created a great surprise with this exhibition, because I myself would never have been angry, but faced the fact and he gave away most of the grass, while his works are in a corner “.

Teacher and artist Egils Neihofers was born in Riga, he liked to draw since childhood, so he graduated from J. Rozentāls Riga Art High School and design courses at the Latvian Academy of Art. He worked as a restorer at the Rundāle Palace, as an artist designer at the University of Latvia, as a modeling artist at “Rīgas Balsī”. He was a member of the “Gilde” art studio. He now works as a teacher at Tukuma 3rd Primary School and Engure School of Music and Art, as well as directing art studios in Jaunbērze and Lesten. Egils has been participating in plein air paintings for several years and in this exhibition you can also see the works created in them: works that are simple and at the same time delicate and exciting.

On the other hand Vladimir Lukyanovich, a naval-mechanical engineer by profession, works with glass and clocks, the most famous of which are the “Laimas” clock in Riga and the open-air clock of the Rundāle Palace. He also learned glassmaking and offers customers various glass products: stained glass, souvenirs. Moment of meeting

The artists were welcomed by people from their life and work. First of all the family – Ivonna Guntis’ son and daughter Anta with their families, fellow students, including Rudīte Poča, who said that for the artist his work is just like a confession: “It starts from a page white and clean, to which he gives all the feelings in him – love, pain, sadness, being able and not being able at that moment – everything. And return it to our evaluation and understanding. ” Among the congratulations were fellow cultural workers, the people of the Tukuma theater, whose guide as director Yvonne hired, Ingemāras, the head of the studio “Bohēmistes” and the members of the studio, and many others, confirming what the artists they have not stopped repeating – that being together is what gives strength will be patient and will create.
