KabarOto.com – Porsche Asia Pacific celebrates its 20th anniversary with the launch of an inspiring new film that premieres on YouTube.
At the same time, the company is also committed to supporting young dreamers in their pursuits when announcing a new long-term partnership with United Women Singapore, a non-profit organization that advances women’s empowerment and topics related to gender equality.
“At Porsche, we started as dreamers, creating sports cars we couldn’t find. As we grow, we take one challenge after another, and become stronger. We know what it’s like to fight the odds while staying true to our passions; now, we want others to be able to do the same,” said Arthur Willmann, Chief Executive Officer, Porsche Asia Pacific.
The new film, directed by Singaporean filmmaker Roslee Yusof, and tells the story of the journey of two young protagonists, pursuing their dreams and pursuing desires contrary to the typical idea of ‘success’.
Along the way, the protagonists face pressure from convention, fear of failure and personal crisis – but in the end, they rise up and achieve success on their own terms. The film also aligns with the goals of Porsche’s global brand, ‘Driven by Dreams’, and celebrates those who dare to pursue their dreams, to determine their own success.
“When Porsche Asia Pacific turns 20, we recognize that there are many people out there who need help to make their dreams come true. Together with United Women Singapore, we want to support this cause,” continued Mr. Willman.
