The next Tuesday, November 28 #GivingZOODDay is celebrated, a global initiative that seeks to raise funds to support zoos and aquariums around the world. The Binder Park Zoo joins this campaign and is inviting everyone to participate with a donation, which will have a direct impact on the lives of the animals it houses.
By donating to Binder Park Zoo on this special day, you are helping to improve animal enrichment, which is providing a stimulating and varied environment for animals, encouraging their natural behaviors and physical and mental well-being. Additionally, your donation helps ensure that the animals have all the essential resources for their care, such as food, health, safety and housing.
Your support on #GivingZOODay not only benefits zoo animals, but also their counterparts in the wild, as Binder Park Zoo is committed to wildlife conservation and education. By donating, you help sustain the zoo’s efforts to preserve endangered species, conduct scientific research and provide educational programs for the community.
To participate in #GivingZOODay, simply log in to Binder Park Zoo website and click the #GivingZOODay box when you donate. You can also call the phone number listed on the website or visit the zoo in person. Any amount is welcome and appreciated.
But that’s not all, Binder Park Zoo also has other special offers and activities for everyone:
