The Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (Celac) will meet on Tuesday behind closed doors to discuss the assault by the Ecuadorian Police on the Mexican Embassy in Quitothe Honduran vice chancellor, Gerardo Torres, informed EFE this Monday.
