As polls predicted, Araceli Ordaz, better known in the Mexican entertainment world as Gomita, became the sixth person eliminated from La Casa de los Famosos México 2024 last Sunday, September 1, and the reunion with Cecilia Galliano 10 years after their controversy on Sabadazo became a reality.

Before Galilea Montijo announced that the former clown was the inhabitant with the fewest votes between Karime Pindter, Adrián Marcelo and Briggitte Bozzo, the Pre Gala revealed that the Argentine host was not only wearing a beautiful dress full of fine rhinestones and sparkle, but also a huge ring that, due to the stormy past between the two fans, they claim was a hidden response to what was to come.

After the leaked list and surveys about the elimination in La Casa de los Famosos México 2024 were completed, Cecilia Galliano received Gomita with a huge ring in her hand as an alleged mockery of the rumor that the host and her then fiancé, actor Mark Tacher, aired about her, who was branded a ‘thief’ since her engagement ring was stolen on the Sabadazo program and both the clown and her brother Lapitizo were allegedly the culprits.

On September 1, during the sixth elimination of the program La Casa de los Famosos México 2024, Gomita was the contestant who received the fewest votes. This led to her departure from the reality show and shortly after, a long-awaited reunion with Cecilia Galliano took place. The meeting took place at the ViX Post Gala, and it was an emotional moment where the past differences between the hosts were left behind.

The two television personalities had a history of confrontations due to accusations by Galliano that Gomita and her brothers had stolen an engagement ring from him. However, during the Post Gala, tensions seemed to dissipate when Galliano, accompanied by Mauricio Garza, welcomed Gomita with smiles and applause.

It was Galliano who welcomed everyone with a hug and some encouraging words: “The time has come to welcome our sixth eliminated contestant, so welcome Gomita to this Post Gala… What happened? So many years… Breathe easy… They came to cheer you on.”

Araceli Ordaz, Gomita’s real name, shared her impressions about her experience on the reality show. She said that, although she had felt strange seeing her fellow contestants every day and then not seeing them anymore, she did not forget their faces, although she did forget some familiar voices, such as those of her mother and siblings. Gomita also revealed details of the mixed strategy she tried to implement on the show, which was not successful.
